Pre-Export preparation

Our preferred way of communication is by e-mail. We would like to keep our phone lines open for emergencies and for special circumstances. However, if you feel like you need talking to us do not hesitate. 

 

The preparation time differs by the species you would like to import and by the exporting country.

 

Once your booking is confirmed, one of our colleagues will get in contact with you by e-mail, as soon as possible. We will ask you for specific details about your intended import and we will explain to you the following steps you need to follow. From this point onwards, we will stay in close contact with you to ensure that all your questions are answered, all GB or EU requirements are full-filed  and the accompanying document pack is complete.

Documents pre-check

At this stage we will carefully review the document pack. We will issue the PT Advocate Certificate which validates that all documents are in order. Please print this document and add it to the travelling pack.

We will keep records of our entire communication and the relevant documents at least until the import is released to you upon arrival. 

From now on everything should be OK and very unlikely to need our support further. However, we will be next to you upon arrival if for any reason this is required.
